By using a freelance, off-site bookkeeper, you can be assured that you've got someone to help get your bills paid on-time, reconcile that checkbook or organize all those receipts you've got stashed in a shoebox somewhere. You will save money by using a bookkeeper for the day-to-day work in comparison to hiring a CPA. You will also save time and money by not having to hire an on-staff employee and having to pay not only their regular wages but benefits as well. You will also save money but not having to find a place to sit that employee and a computer for them to work on!

First we would like to meet you and learn about your business and the areas of your business's finances that you are looking for someone to take over. Then we will share what we can do to manage that area and we will create a schedule so that we can get the information we need and the documents you need.

Example: Managing Accounts Payable (or incoming invoices that need to be paid). We will set up a schedule where we will meet you or you can come to us or you will send an envelope overnight to us of all the invoices you have received. We will enter it into QuickBooks or Excel to record the invoices. Then, we will print any checks that you have authorized us to print to pay the invoices you have authorized us to pay. Then we will arrange to meet up or to mail the invoices and the checks back to you to be signed and mailed (if you want to keep the invoices at your place of business) or we are willing to offer storage at our offices for your invoices and receipts with the promise to be available to send you copies or originals as needed.

We offer a low-cost alternative to hiring a CPA to manage your daily bookkeeping needs. Why not save the expense of a CPA for when you need certified financial statements? We encourage you to hire a CPA to create annual financial statements for your records or when preparing to apply for that business loan or for potential investors. We also encourage you to hire a CPA for preparing your taxes. You have our promise to work with any CPA that you currently are working with or may work with in the future.

We also offer low-cost services in comparison to hiring an on-site employee. Not only is there significant time involved with finding someone to work on-site for you, but you will also need to provide them with a workspace and a computer. We already have all that! Also, in addition to their wages, there are state and federal withholdings that have to be paid and most employees expect some kind of extra benefit from their employers. By using our service, you can expect a predictable hourly rate, with which you are only paying for the work done completing your services. No extra costs involved.
