Owner & Bookkeeper 

Sabrina is the Owner of Indy Bookkeepers and also your Personal Bookkeeper. Like you, she's always wanted to run her own business. Since accounting and bookkeeping are her best skills, she's opened up her own bookkeeping practice designed to help serve other independent business owners much like herself.

With more than 5 years cumulative experience in Accounts Receivable and Payables and Payroll, she is more than capable to assist you with all of your bookkeeping needs. She also has her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University (VA) and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University as well.

Sabrina is also an IN public notary, registered in Hamilton County. These services are complimentary for any of her clients.

Sabrina believes family comes first. She also believes that you should have the freedom to pursue a business that you believe in. However, sometimes trying to juggle both can be a real challenge. Toni has over 10 years of practical experience working with small businesses, large corporations and non-profit’s. This is the foundation for her exceptional bookkeeping and administrative expertise.

 Toni will provide honest, accurate and personalized bookkeeping services for your business. Her clients consider her conscientious, prompt, knowledgeable and as having a great attention to detail.

Terri Donnella

Bookkeeping Specialist

Terri Donnella’s 25+ years as an accounting professional offers a wealth of experience to our Indy Bookkeeper clients. She has a diverse background in accounting with a heavy emphasis in construction accounting. Having owned her own construction company for over 18 years she has extensive skills in job costing, time and material billings, contract billings, AIA billing forms, Waivers of Lien, certified payrolls, sales and use tax reports, 941 taxes, multi-jurisdictional payroll taxes, 1099’s and work in progress reports.

During Terri’s career she has worked with many versions of accounting software including Quickbooks Pro 2007, 2009, 2010, MAS90, ComputerEase, Star Builder and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

We are based out of the Indianapolis area, however, we are willing to meet with you wherever you are (within the state of Indiana). Because we work off-site and not in your office day-to-day, we have the ability to meet your needs without burdening you with finding a space or a computer for an on-staff bookkeeper. We'll meet you anywhere to discuss how we can help your business, and attend any important meetings throughout the year.
